To whom these conditions apply
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Ordering and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- Payment can be made in advance via iDEAL or credit card, securely arranged via SumUp.
- As soon as your payment is received, we will prepare your order.
Delivery
- We ship worldwide.
- Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.
- We normally ship within 1-4 business days.
Returns
- You have 14 days to return an unopened order.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- After receipt, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.
Warranty
- Our products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect.

Disputes
If something does go wrong and we cannot resolve it together, Dutch law will apply and the court in Dordrecht will have jurisdiction.

What data we use
When you order from us, we need your name, address, telephone number, email address and payment details.
Why we do that
- To process and ship your order.
- To contact you if necessary.
- For our administration (that is required by law).
We will only send newsletters if you sign up for them.
Who we share data with
- We use SumUp for payments.
- For shipping we use parcel services.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
Retention periods
We don't store your data longer than necessary. The statutory retention period for invoices is 7 years.
Security
We take good care of your data and take appropriate measures to protect it.

Shipping area
We ship worldwide.
Postage costs
The costs are calculated automatically in the webshop and are always borne by the buyer.
Delivery time
We do our best to ship your order within 1 to 4 business days. The final delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.
Risk during shipment
We ship via reliable parcel services. Once the package reaches the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.
Returns
- You can return your order unopened within 14 days.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 14 days.
