Dobby DIY workshops – prices & information
Painting your personal Dobby DIY – takes about 2 hours
Dobby is a art object, that symbol represents the experiences of people with dementia and as conversation tool can be used to recall memories and to discuss the subject of dementia.
In this Dobby DIY workshop, we'll gently paint your memories together. You'll learn about the Japanese art form of kintsugi, work with fine materials, and go home with your own Dobby DIY piece that tells your unique story and is ready to shine.
Open registration (private individuals, Merwekade location)
- Dobby DIY of 10 cm € 69 pp incl. VAT
- Dobby DIY of 15 cm € 79 pp incl. VAT
- Group size: 8 to 18 participants
- Including use of all materials, coffee/tea/snacks and drinks/snacks
Healthcare locations / schools (on location)
- From €795 excluding VAT per session of approximately 2 hours
- Up to 12 participants and 1 supervisor per session
- Each participant will receive a 10cm Dobby DIY to paint and take home.
- Including use of all materials
- Includes 1 Dobby Original 15cm for the care location / school to tell stories and keep memories
- Travel expenses €0.39 per km + parking costs
Extra (please specify in advance)
- Upgrade to a 15cm Dobby DIY: + €10 per person excluding VAT
- More than 12 participants: + €40 per person excluding VAT
- More than 12 participants and/or for heavier care: 1 additional supervisor + € 150 excl. VAT
- Maximum 24 participants
